Led brand and value proposition definition, design system, and product design efforts for Enwoven, a profitable SaaS startup backed by the New York Times.

My Role

  • Built empathy for our enterprise customers
  • Uncovered our value proposition and use cases
  • Designed the website transition from individual to business clients 
  • Designed and helped launch the new design language system Engineering

Cross functional collaboration between Design, Leadership, enterprise customers, and Engineering. 

Backstory

With origins as a product to support digital multimedia storytelling, Enwoven’s mission, team, and product attracted me as a Designer.

 

I approached Enwoven, which led to a contract project, and eventually interviewing for a Product Designer position.

 

During my time, we navigated through a change of our targeted customer base, branding, value proposition, and establishing a design system which supported new features our enterprise customers requested and adopted upon launch.

Redesign

The History Project became Enwoven through competitive research, branding workshops, and redesign efforts that delivered an enterprise focused experience.

Slideshow

I designed a feature so enterprise customers could easily create slideshows from their multimedia knowledge bases.

Chat bot

I designed a simulated chat feature for customers to gather multimedia responses from their teams, to crowdsource building a collection.
